Who we are

This website is operated by Coach Rishabh Deshmukh ("we", "us"), a nutrition and lifestyle coaching practice based in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. We work as a small team (Team Rishabh): a nutrition and lifestyle coach and a clinical psychologist. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who gets to see it.

Information we collect

How we use your information

We never sell your personal information, and we never use your health information for marketing.

Who sees it: coaching

Your nutrition and fitness information is shared only with the Team Rishabh coaches who are working with you, so your plan can be built around the whole picture.

Who sees it: therapy

Therapy is kept separate from coaching. What you discuss with a Team Rishabh clinical psychologist, and their session notes, stay with that psychologist.

When the law sets limits on confidentiality

In a small number of situations, the law allows or requires us, or your psychologist, to share information without your consent:

Even then, we share only what is necessary, and only with the person or authority who needs it.

Service providers

We use Google (Workspace, Meet and Analytics) and WhatsApp to run the practice. These providers may store data on servers outside India. We do not share your information with anyone else except as described in this policy.

How we protect it and how long we keep it

Records are kept on password-protected accounts and devices, and only the people who need them can see them. We keep your information while we're working together and for a reasonable period afterwards, or longer if the law requires, and then delete it securely. Therapy booking messages and calendar entries are deleted within 3 months of your last session. Your psychologist keeps your therapy records, as explained in the consent form your psychologist gives you.

Clients under 18

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree before we start coaching or therapy with you.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to withdraw your consent, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Some records may need to be kept for a period the law requires, and withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide the service. Just reach out using the details below.

Grievance Officer and contact

Questions or complaints about your personal data go to our Grievance Officer, Rishabh Deshmukh: email rishabh.deshmukh824@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp. We'll acknowledge your message within 14 days and resolve it within one month. For therapy information and records, your psychologist is the Grievance Officer, as set out in their consent form.
