A former state-level athlete (Team Chhattisgarh) and engineer-turned-coach, I moved into health because I saw an industry obsessed with extremes. Good health isn't about going to extremes — it's about understanding what your body actually needs.
Every body is different, so we work with your bioindividuality: practical nutrition, the mindset to make it stick, and respect for how you already eat. No banned foods, no guilt, no "give up rice and roti."

No. The whole point is a plan you can actually live with. We build around the food you already eat — just smarter portions, timing and balance.
Yes. I coach clients across India online — calls, WhatsApp and a shared plan. No need to be in Bhilai.
The plan fits your routine, not the other way around. Most clients spend a few minutes a day logging, plus one short check-in call a week.
Many clients come to me for exactly these. Our team includes clinical psychologists and nutritionists, and we work alongside your doctor's advice — coaching complements medical care, it doesn't replace it.
The first 15-minute fit call is free. A 1-hour wellness consultation is ₹1,500. Nutrition coaching is ₹15,000 for 3 months, the complete nutrition + workout package is ₹15,000/month, and the all-inclusive Priority Package — workouts, nutrition, yoga therapy and psychologist sessions — is ₹25,000/month. One-on-one therapy sessions are ₹2,000 each. We'll confirm the right option for you on the call — no pressure.
